SHIPPING ONLINE ORDERS

Once you have placed an order, please allow 2 business days from the date of confirmation of receipt of your order for delivery of in-stock items.

For items that are on back order,  please allow 7-14 business days for shipment. We will get your order to you as soon as possible.  In case the item is out of stock, or if there is any other cause of delay,  we will notify you by e-mail, providing you with an estimated delivery time. 

 

Delivery Surcharges ($)Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; we will e-mail you informing you of this extra charge.

In order to avoid confusion, please note the following:

  1. We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday and orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Items purchased through Home + Home can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt of shipment, upon approval. Exchanges are accepted by mail. When shipping a return by mail, the following rules must be followed:

  • Items must be returned unopened, with original packaging intact.
  • Exchange items in their original packaging. Packaging may include plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags, etc. If ANYpart of item is damaged or packaging is missing, broken off or damaged, Home + Home reserves the right to not accept the exchange.

Items that are no eligible for exchanges include:

  • Special Orders
  • Drop shipped items from manufacturer
  • Seasonal / Holiday merchandise
  • Lotions, soaps, bath salts, scrubs, salves and any other personal bath and body product
  • Any Item with a broken seal, or that has evidently been opened and/or used.
  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Items marked “As Is”

 Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting any returns during this time.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Once we are contacted, we will provide step by step instructions on how to return the product by mail. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the return package.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for returned products. You have two options for product exchanges:

  • You can select to return for full merchandise credit which will be added to your account.
  • You can select to return for a product for product exchange.


ISSUE WITH AN ITEM?

All products that are shipped by Home + Home will always be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure you are getting the correct product in perfect condition. To ensure Home + Home items are correct and undamaged, a photo of your purchased item(s) will be included in your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items damaged under USPS care.

If you have any questions about your purchased item(s), please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by email, so that we may resolve the situation quickly.

 

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Items purchased through Home + Home IN STORE can be exchanged within 7 calendar days of in-store purchase,  upon approval.

Exchange items in their original packaging. Packaging may include plastic wrap, boxes, warranty cards, accessories and dust bags, etc. If ANY part of item is damaged or packaging is missing, broken off or damaged, Home + Home reserves the right to not accept the exchange.

If your item is approved by our sales associates for a return, you will receive a Home + Home Store Credit. It is valid exclusively at Home + Home.

Store credit is not accepted towards purchases of David J. Witchell Gift Cards.
